About this Module:
Join Devon and Jeremy in this advanced teacher/practitioner Training for an in-depth exploration of the Subtle body in life and practice. Yogic science illustrates an elaborate body of prana (energy) that is the framework for our physical body and the medium between mind and body. By working with and applying some of the fundamental models of practice, we can expand the potential for healing and well-being on every level. We will explore many concepts of our subtle anatomy including: The Pancha Vayus, Koshas, HaTha/Solar-Lunar Energetics, Maha Guna, Nadis, the Chakra System, Granthi, Swara Yoga, Rasa Theory, and the Tri-Sharira, and the Tri-Dosha. This comprehensive study of the subtle energy body will allow us to understand its key functions, how we can interact with it, and how we can influence it in order to restore balance and vitality. Learning this language of prana will also enable us to refine our use of the many tools of yoga to accelerate the potential for transformation while strengthening our awareness of the subtle in the realms of both personal practice and teaching.
