This is a recurring 6 week series. You can drop in to individual sessions of the series with a $22 Prenatal Drop in OR register for all 6 sessions and get a discount. Sessions not used roll over to the next series!

Prenatal yoga classes go well beyond simply modifying yoga poses. This series is a collaboration between Kelsey and Claire, we are excited to celebrate community and strive to make your pregnancy as empowered as possible. Our goals for this program are for you to feel confident in knowing what “labor” is, show up to your baby’s birthday trusting your body and feeling confident in your ability to labor – however that may be! There are so many ways to feel empowered during pregnancy and birth, and we explore a lot of them! The first 15 minutes of class will be a discussion around a specific topic of pregnancy or birth, this topic will be addressed through the physical asana practice. Childbirth education is seamlessly interwoven throughout the classes, empowering students to continuously learn about pregnancy, the birth process and early parenthood in a very digestible, non-intimidating way. This series is supportive of all birthing bodies, levels of yoga practitioners and stages of pregnancy.

Join us for a transformative postnatal yoga series designed to support your body and mind after childbirth. This 6-part series is tailored to address the unique needs of postnatal bodies, including those who have given birth vaginally or by cesarean, as well as individuals who have experienced miscarriage or adoption.


Our classes will focus on strengthening and toning the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, and back muscles, relieving stress and promoting relaxation, and deepening the parent-child bond through gentle movements and stretches that can be done with your baby.


In addition to the physical and emotional benefits, this series will provide an opportunity for you to connect with other postnatal individuals in a supportive and welcoming community. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, providing modifications and adjustments as needed.

BABY & ME Yoga Series



Baby and Me: Strengthening the Bond Through Yoga (6 Weeks)
Join us for a 6-week series designed for all caregivers and their babies, regardless of gender. Whether you’re a mom, dad, nanny, or other caregiver, this gentle yoga class is an opportunity to connect with your little one and other parents in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Our focus will be on postpartum recovery and rejuvenation, as we work to strengthen and reconnect with our bodies.
This is a great opportunity to bond with your baby, build a community of like-minded caregivers, and enjoy some much-needed self-care. No prior yoga experience necessary, all levels welcome.

KIDS Yoga Series

I specialize in Prenatal, Postnatal, and Kids Yoga. I believe in a connection to body being one of the most beneficial tools used in life, but also in pregnancy, labor, and motherhood. With 4 kids of my own, I love the connection I get to share!

Claire Gonzalez

Claire Gonzalez (she/they) believes in cultivating a mindful lifestyle for all ages, abilities and identities through supportive and fun yoga classes and meditation practices. In addition to E-RYT 200, she is certified in Perinatal Yoga (pre & post natal)
