An extended asana and info session designed to stretch your body and your mind.
Once a month, join Angie Woyar to dive deeper into your asana practice. These sessions will be a complement to your regular practice and a chance to take a deeper look into more challenging asana. Each month, we will choose a similar group of poses, a philosophy topic, and dive in! These sessions are for those looking to challenge themselves physically and to take an opportunity to tap into the mystical side of yoga.

CHOOSE FORGOT PASSWORD You will receive an email the the reset password instructions. After this you will be able to access your account and continue booking!
