Once a month, join Angie Woyar to dive deeper into your asana practice. These sessions will be a complement to your regular practice and a chance to take a deeper look into more challenging asana. Each month, we will choose a similar group of poses, a philosophy topic, and dive in! These sessions are for those looking to challenge themselves physically and to take an opportunity to tap into the mystical side of yoga.
