DESCRIPTION: Gary is a seasoned Iyengar Yoga therapeutics expert with 34 years of teaching experience. He has honed his yoga therapy skills under the guidance of senior teachers in the United States and at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India. His teaching methods are distinguished by their precision and clarity, often yielding better outcomes than traditional therapies.. Gary’s personal journey of recovery from 17 surgeries infuses him with a deep sense of kindness and compassion. Relieve pain, gain mobility, maintain an active lifestyle with modified yoga postures so you know what to do in class or at home. Keep moving without pain!
