Iyengar

All Levels – Explore the alchemy of alignment and movement safely and intelligently. Practice every category of asana. Expect sophisticated instructions, and prop variations. Modifications will be made to accommodate absolutely everyone, yet this class is most appropriate for yogis and yoginis who can kick up to the wall in an inversion and press up into Urdhva Dhanurasana.

Fundamentals -Build a strong foundation in yoga through this class, emphasizing conscious, intelligent movements. Suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis, it prioritizes precision in alignment using the Iyengar Method. This approach ensures balanced practice, aiding in injury prevention and recovery. Newcomers will gain insights into preliminary asanas, prop usage, and techniques for enhanced body alignment. Experienced students will receive deeper clarity, enriching their yoga journey.

Restorative – Restorative yoga is a gentle and slow practice with 4-6 passive poses held for extended periods. Using props for support, it promotes deep relaxation and is based on B.K.S. Iyengar’s teachings.

Vinyasa

All levels –  Explore the power of embodied integration through breath, movement, and creative patterning. Our Vinyasa instructors teach to all levels utilizing Vinyāsa Krāma – offering stages or modifications of postures so all types of bodies and experience levels can practice in flow. Our Vinyasa Flow classes are a rhythmic experience of cultivating alignment, strength, and openness in the body through moving meditation. All are welcome in this class. Please inform your instructor if you are a beginner so they can support you best!

Intermediate – Enhance your yoga with our 75-min Intermediate Prana Vinyasa Flow class guided by seasoned instructors. Merging breath, movement, and intention, they offer a transformative experience. Ideal for those with a solid foundation in basic yoga postures and Vinyasa flow. Familiarity with Sun Salutations is essential, and readiness for advanced poses like arm balances, inversions, and deep backbends is expected. Instructors provide personalized guidance and modifications for a secure, enriching practice.

Slow Flow – Discover the balance between breath and movement in our Slow Vinyasa Flow class, a mindful practice designed to help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and a deep sense of inner calm at a steady pace. Suitable for yogis of all levels, this class offers a nurturing and accessible approach to the dynamic and flowing style of Vinyasa yoga.
