Prenatal yoga classes go well beyond simply modifying yoga poses. I celebrate community and strive to make your pregnancy as empowered as possible. Feel confident in knowing what “labor” is, show up to your baby’s birthday trusting your body and feeling confident in your ability to labor (however that may be!) Have no idea what I’m talking about? There are so many ways to feel empowered during pregnancy and birth, we explore a lot of them! The first 15 minutes of class is a discussion around a specific topic of pregnancy or birth, this topic will be addressed through Asana. Childbirth education is seamlessly interwoven through out. This empowers students to continuously learn about pregnancy, the birth process and early parenthood in a very digestible, non-intimidating way.
