Meet Our Practitioners

Lizzie is a dedicated and passionate massage therapist with a strong commitment to promoting mindful wellness and holistic health. She brings an enthusiastic and intentional approach to her practice, blending technical precision with a deep, intuitive understanding of the body’s needs.

With a solid foundation in anatomy and body mechanics, Lizzie tailors each session to support the body’s natural healing process. She uses her knowledge of muscular structure and movement patterns to identify tension, restore balance, and provide targeted relief.

Her compassionate touch, grounded presence, and personalized care create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered on their wellness journey.

Sarah Zupek is a Reiki Master, Astrologer, Spiritual Coach, and Yoga Teacher who weaves together intuitive energy work, embodied practice, and cosmic insight to create deeply nurturing spaces of healing and remembrance. Her background in yoga and meditation deepens her attunement to the body’s subtle energetics, allowing her to hold space with presence, compassion, and sensitivity.

In her Reiki sessions, she integrates intuitive energy work, guided meditation, and spiritual coaching, creating a safe space for profound restoration and spiritual healing. Through her Dharma Blueprint Readings, Sarah gently illuminates the wisdom within you, helping you feel energetically held, seen, and reconnected to your soul’s purpose. Her medicine is subtle yet powerful, offering a sanctuary where tension dissolves, clarity returns, and the heart opens.

As a somatic bodyworker and Ayurvedic consultant with over 30 years of experience, Clara brings a deep curiosity and love for uncovering the patterns within each body’s complexity. She’s worked alongside chiropractors, rolfers, and acupuncturists, with a focus on chronic injuries and illness. A perpetual student, she’s studied Ayurvedic medicine, yoga therapy, craniosacral work, visceral manipulation, Thai massage, and Gestalt Therapy—drawing from each modality as needed. Before becoming a mom to three teens (including twins on the autism spectrum), she backpacked solo through 20 countries, driven by a desire to learn skills that travel. What began as a way to work on the road became a lifelong path of healing. Clara still loves the detective work of bodywork, especially those “aha moments” when people connect the dots between their story and their body.

As a holistic practitioner and Soul Coach, Tiff supports individuals in reconnecting to themselves through intuitive and energetic modalities. She offers Reiki and Sound Healing within the Prana Spa.

Tiff also supports her clients by offering additional services including Intuitive Card Readings and Soul Coaching to support transformation and integration.

With professional training in energy healing, sound therapy, and transformational coaching—and over 7 years of experience—Tiff creates a grounded, nurturing space where clients can rest, reflect, and realign. She honors the deep intelligence of the body and believes that true healing touches every layer of our being—physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.

Shigeko is a yoga therapist, movement therapist, and nutritionist, born and raised in Japan with a lifelong foundation in Eastern discipline. Her journey began in martial arts—earning second-degree black belts in Japanese Kenpo and Tae Kwon Do—and expanded into meditation, Qigong, and Tai Chi.

Shigeko has taught throughout the Denver metro area, drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. She is a certified Gentle Somatic Yoga® educator and completed her yoga therapy certification with the Canadian Institute of Therapeutic Yoga.

Shigeko’s integrative sessions combine somatic movement therapy, yoga therapy, biomechanics-based movement education, and meditation to help clients reconnect with their bodies, reduce pain, and move with greater ease. Her compassionate approach supports those navigating chronic pain, injury recovery, postural imbalances, nervous system challenges, or illness—even during medical treatment—while guiding them toward more balance, ease, and embodiment.
