This postnatal yoga class focuses on gentle movement, core recovery, and poses that include your baby, fostering bonding and supporting their development. We’ll address common postpartum challenges like tension, fatigue, and rebuilding stability, all while creating space for relaxation and connection.
You can begin attending once your healthcare provider clears you for movement and continue for as long as it feels right. Parents and babies are welcome—this is your time to nurture yourself and embrace this new phase of life.
Partner Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to connect and prepare for birth together. This practice fosters trust, relaxation, and support through movement, breath, and hands-on techniques that ease pregnancy discomforts and can be used during labor.
Expect a gentle, accessible class with guided partner assists to help deepen comfort and connection. No prior yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to support and be supported.
This is a welcoming space for all expectant parents and their chosen birth partners. For this session, we kindly ask that children and babies do not attend. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
