Yoga Center of Denver (YCD) is pleased to extend to you this offer of employment as a Client Relations Team Member at 770 S Broadway, Denver, CO
Your position will be classified as part-time, non-exempt, with an hourly rate of pay stated above, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Additional bonuses possible based on achieving membership and revenue goals.
Please note the nature of your position may evolve over time and YCD retains the sole right to modify your job description at will and at any time by informing you of the changes. You will be expected to abide by all Yoga Center Denver policies.
Additionally, you are eligible for unlimited regularly scheduled yoga classes for yourself. While we hope that your employment will be mutually beneficial and rewarding, it is important to note that you will be employed on an “at will” basis. “At will” employment means that either you or Yoga Center Denver can terminate employment with or without notice, at any time, and with or without cause or reason.
No statements or actions on the part of anyone at Yoga Center Denver, regardless of his or her title, can change the at-will nature of your employment. The only way that the “at will” nature of employment may be changed is through a written contract for employment that expressly specifies different terms of employment and which is signed by you and your studio owner. This represents an integrated agreement with respect to the at-will nature of your employment relationship and must be agreed to as a condition of your acceptance of this offer of employment. This letter represents the entire offer and no prior or subsequent oral commitments are effective. With the sole exception of the “at will” nature of employment, which shall remain in effect at all times, Yoga Center Denver reserves the right to make changes regarding any term or aspect of this agreement.
