Agreement Terms

Membership Duration: The All Access Pass begins with a three-month initial commitment and automatically renews month by month thereafter. You have the option to discontinue your membership at any time after the 3 month initial commitment with a 2-week notice, ensuring that you have control over your membership based on your needs and lifestyle.

Payment Consent: By accepting this agreement, you authorize the automated monthly charges for the All Access Pass. Your transformative journey commences with the date of your initial payment.

Unrestricted Yoga Access: As an All Access Pass holder, you enjoy unlimited access to our complete range of yoga classes. This pass puts the entire yoga spectrum at your fingertips, without any limitations.

Member Privileges: The All Access Pass includes a 10% discount on all Prana Spa services and retail items, further enhancing your overall wellness experience and adding exceptional value to your membership.

Community Participation: Engage in our unique community with access to exclusive workshops, social events, and connective opportunities with our skilled instructors and fellow members. These community-centric activities aim to keep you actively engaged and inspired throughout your yoga journey.

Referral Program: Refer a friend who signs up for the All Access Pass and you’ll receive a one-time $25 credit towards your next membership renewal.

Commitment Incentive: As a token of our appreciation for your loyalty, we offer a 10% discount on your next annual pass if you renew your membership before the termination of your current term.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the initial 3 month period, there is a $50 cancellation fee. You have the freedom to submit cancellation requests at any time after the initial 3 month commitment with a 2 week notice. allowing you to manage your membership in alignment with your evolving needs.

Agreement Acknowledgment: By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions stated above throughout the duration of your All Access Pass membership.
