We’re a rapidly growing, community-centered wellness spa seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who values connection, quality care, and creative freedom.
Compensation
- 50/50 split for your first 3 months
- 60/40 practitioner-favored split after 3 months
(~$88+ per 60-minute massage)- Advancement is based on professionalism not quotas
Skills & Specialties ( choose your offerings)
- Swedish-style massage
- Integrative massage (myofascial release, deep tissue)
- Strong clinical intuition—tailoring sessions and blending modalities for each client
Priority for therapists who also offer: Thai massage, pre/postnatal massage, or other specialties
