Zaidy is a passionate artist of embodiment, Boricua medicine woman, fire keeper, student, and facilitator. She shares her heart’s medicine through various practices such as Ayurveda, movement alchemy, yoga, sacred songs, herbalism, meditation, breathwork, and abuela wisdom.
Based in Denver, Colorado, Zaidy is an Ayurvedic practitioner with over 2000 hours of educational and clinical experience. She offers healing through modalities such as lifestyle counseling, proper nutrition, herbalism, yoga and movement therapy, breathwork, meditation, and spiritual practices. Her intention when working with clients is to provide a personalized pathway to cultivate vitality, well-being, and balance for the mind, body, and spirit.
In her Ayurveda practice, Zaidy specializes in emotional well-being (anxiety, depression, etc.), women’s health and hormonal balance, digestive issues, reproductive and fertility support, longevity, and self-care rituals. She has also worked with numerous other conditions and supports individuals of all ages and health concerns. Recognizing that each person has unique needs on their path towards health and well-being, she takes the time to work with each individual as an individual.
Furthermore, Zaidy is a dedicated practitioner of movement with a background in Ashtanga Yoga, Prana Vinyasa, and Movement Culture. She is a student and teacher of Prana Vinyasa (ERYT-500), a lineage of practice that has evolved from the teachings of the Krishnamacharyan perspective, modern Somatics, Tantra, and Ayurveda. As a movement facilitator, her ultimate intention is to guide practitioners back into intimate union with their awakened hearts.
