This class is intended for practitioners who are comfortable with intermediate/advanced vinyasa flow postures. This is a good foundation for standing backbend postures, culminating in a Natarajasana peak asana.

Through long-held postures and mindful breathing, this extended, guided session with beloved yin teacher, Devon Sweeney, invites deep relaxation and inner reflection.
