Angie has been a student of yoga since 1999 and is an Intermediate Junior 1 Iyengar yoga teacher. She has studied twice in India with the Iyengar family and regularly studies with her mentors and other senior teachers from across the globe. Angie’s love of movement is what drives her to teach in a way that is approachable and light hearted. Her intention is to bridge the gap between perfection in an asana and being content with where we are. Angie sees that the practice of yoga asana should be available to all, no matter gender, race, age, or ability, and she strives to help everyone interested in deepening their understanding of yoga.
